What It Is
Development and implementation project for a complete portfolio of websites for UnitedHealth Group in the United States, covering various product lines and company initiatives in the healthcare sector. The project involved creating multiple sites with different objectives, target audiences, and technical requirements, demanding precise coordination between international teams and a rigorous prioritization process to ensure consistent deliveries aligned with UHG's business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as Operations Manager at the agency, acting as the main point of contact between the client and account team based in New York (USA) and the development team.
- Strategic prioritization of demands, backlog creation and management, and alignment of expectations among all stakeholders.
- Mediating relationships with the Acquia team, ensuring proper platform implementation and resolution of technical issues.
- Coordinating workflows between technical and creative teams, ensuring delivery of a cohesive final product aligned with business objectives.
- Supervising the implementation of SEO and performance best practices to ensure site visibility and speed.
- Managing schedules and resources to ensure consistent delivery within established timeframes for all 22 websites.
